About our services Vega Legal provides business registration, compliance, tax, intellectual property, documentation and related support services. Where a service must be performed by a qualified professional, such as an advocate, chartered accountant or company secretary, it is performed by or under the supervision of that professional. Information published on this website is general in nature and is not legal, tax or financial advice for your specific situation.

Enquiries and quotations A service enquiry does not create an order or require payment. A quotation sets out the professional fee, the official or government charges disclosed at that time, applicable taxes, any discount, the scope, exclusions, a document checklist and an estimated timeline. Please review it before accepting. A quotation may expire or be declined. When you accept a quotation or complete checkout, a service order is created on the terms shown.

Scope of engagement Only the work described in the accepted quotation or checkout summary is included. Court representation, hearings, specialist opinions, additional filings, replies to objections and ongoing compliance periods are not included unless the quotation says so. Registrations, approvals, refunds from authorities and the outcome of any application or proceeding depend on the relevant authority or third party and are not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities You agree to provide accurate and complete information and records, disclose relevant dates and any existing proceedings, review and approve prepared work promptly, and keep your account credentials private. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or upload records that you are not authorised to share.

Fees, taxes and payment Charges are those shown in the accepted quotation or checkout summary. GST and other applicable taxes are charged as shown. Government or authority fees, and any work outside the agreed scope, are disclosed and charged separately. Payments made online are processed by a third-party payment provider.

Timelines and delivery Timelines are estimates. They depend on receiving complete records, your timely approvals and the processing time of government authorities and other third parties. Status updates, document requests and final deliverables are shared through your customer portal and the contact details on your account.

Confidentiality and data We treat the information and documents you share for an engagement as confidential and use them for the agreed work, subject to disclosures required by law or needed to make filings on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes and cancellation You can request a scope change or cancellation through support. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our cancellation and refund policy and the terms communicated at engagement.

Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays or decisions of government authorities or third parties, or for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide. Where we are found liable in connection with a service, our liability is limited to the professional fee paid for that service. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India.
